Our spacious function facilities can cater for small intimate gatherings through to larger events of up to 500 guests, with flexible room layouts, catering options, bar facilities and an undercover outdoor area.

Weddings & Celebrations
Deniliquin Golf Club is a great setting for weddings, receptions, birthdays, anniversaries and other special celebrations.
Our function room features a purpose-built dance floor, dedicated kitchen and bar facilities, plenty of heating and cooling, and an undercover outdoor area for guests to enjoy.
We can help accommodate the practical details of your event, including tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
Wedding packages and function options are available on request.
Conferences & Private Events
Our facilities are also available for conferences, workshops, meetings and smaller private functions.
The restaurant/conference room can comfortably accommodate up to 50 guests and can be arranged with tables and chairs to suit your event.
For larger occasions, our main function room can accommodate groups of up to 150 guests depending on layout.
Catering & Dining
We offer a range of dining options to suit different types of functions. Our team can discuss available menus and help you choose an option that works for your event and your guests.

If you have a particular beverage requirement, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Tables & Event Setup
We offer a range of options to help you create the look and feel you want for your event.
Tables - Round and rectangular tables are available, with seating for up to eight guests per table.
Chairs - Chair covers are available on request for an additional cost.
Linen - Formal linen tablecloths, napkins and bridal skirts are available at an additional cost. For more relaxed events, tablecloths and quality paper napkins can also be provided.
Event Essentials - Function hire includes crockery, cutlery, glasses, salt and pepper. We can also provide tables for cakes, gifts and wishing wells at no additional charge.
Decorations are generally the responsibility of the event organiser, however, our team can assist with setup and decorations at an additional cost.
Entertainment
Bring your event to life with entertainment of your choice.
You are welcome to organise and pay for your own entertainers, with setup available prior to your event by arrangement.
Please note that food and drinks for entertainers are the responsibility of the event organiser.
Family Friendly
Children are welcome in the function room, restaurant and outdoor areas, provided they are accompanied by an adult and behave appropriately.
For safety and licensing reasons, children are not permitted in the gaming room or members' lounge.
