CLUB FACILITIES

The Bar & Bistro

Our Bar is open from Wednesday through to Sunday serving the coldest beers and great bistro meals. Stop in after your round and  our bar manger June will make sure you have a great 19th hole.

Our bar facilities include poker machines, TAB, Keno as well as Austar for all live AFL action.

Functions

The Deniliquin Golf Club is the perfect place for your next function. With an enormous function room, purpose built kitchen and bar facilities the function room can cater from small groups up to a group of 500. With ample heating and cooling heaps of space for the kids to play, it’s the ideal venue for any occasion.

Private Functions

The Deniliquin Golf Club is the perfect place for your next function. With an enormous function room, purpose built kitchen and bar facilities the function room can cater from small groups up to a group of 500. With ample heating and cooling heaps of space for the kids to play, it’s the ideal venue for any occasion.

With a purpose built dance floor as well an undercover outdoor area, the function room is the perfect setting for wedding receptions.

Opening Hours

Mon-Tues: Closed Wed: 11am – 7pm Thurs: 12pm – 4pm Fri: 10am – late Sat:11am – late Sun: Golf Events Only Happy hour Friday 6pm – 7pm Meat Raffles Friday. Drawn 7:30 Our clubhouse includes poker machines, Keno and lots of sports action on television screens.

Function Room Booking Details

The function room booking is for 8am until midnight.
The function room may be available to set up for functions on the day prior from 4pm onward if not being used.
A dance floor forms part of the function room which opens to the outdoor undercover area. This area is suitable for pre-dinner drinks and offers a personal relaxed atmosphere.

Tables: either round or rectangular tables are available. Each table seats eight comfortably.
Chairs: chair covers are available – POA
Linen: Quality linen tablecloths, napkins and bridal skirts are available on POA

– Tablecloths and napkins .
– Bridal table and skirt  for a table seating eight.
– For a more casual function we can provide tablecloths and quality paper napkins.

Room & Table decorations are for you to organise but we can assist at commercial rates on request.
Crockery, cutlery, salt and pepper, and glasses are provided in your hire cost when having a function.

Tables for wishing wells, cakes and gifts are available at no extra cost.

Dining – The Menu
When planning your event you have a choice of dining experience as well as a
choice of menu.
What level of dining experience do you want to have?
A formal, a la carte` one, two or three course meal.
A semi formal a la carte` of one or two courses
Entrée and main on platters to share on your table of four or eight.
Buffet hot and cold dishes with condiments,
Quality finger food as a main meal or light refreshments.
We can accommodate your needs to suit.

Bar Facilities 
• Full bar service is available with light, mid and heavy beer all on tap.
• Bottled beer, a healthy range of spirits and wines also available.
• Any special alcohol requests will be catered for where possible.
• Bar tab available upon request.
• We recommend that spirits not be included in the Bar Tab.
• Coffee station available upon request.

Entertainment
Is of your choice, and for you to organise, and pay.
The food and drinks for the entertainers is your responsibility.
Entertainers can set up prior to the event at your request.

Children
Children are welcome in the function room, restaurant and outdoor areas.
They must be accompanied by an adult and must behave in a controlled
manner. Entry to the gaming room and members lounge is prohibited.

Restaurant/Conference room 
• Our Restaurant is also available for hire and is perfectly suited to small
Private functions, conferences or workshops.
Note; the hire charge for private functions does not apply to dinner bookings.
• Hire fee – contact the Club for pricing.
• Can comfortably fit 50 people.
• Tables and chairs can be set up to suit your needs.
• Extra costs may be applied for special requests such as formal linen.

The Golf Leisure Resort is located only 50 metres from the Club facilities.
